Pricing

Our pricing approach is very simple:

• Once we have an understanding of the work you need doing we will give you a quote - this quote is fixed unless you change your requirement
• We will only start work once you are happy with the price we have quoted - there are no hidden costs
• There is a minimum charge of £50/$75/€75

We also offer a Pay As You Go service and great value Maintenance Contracts with additional benefits.

"How much should I expect to pay for work on my website?"

We are a highly experienced team, we work quickly and efficiently. As you would expect, before giving you an exact price, we need some information from you.

These examples give you a guide as to what price you can expect to pay for the work described. Feel free to call us and give us details of your requirement, we are happy to quote without obligation.

Example 1 - Website changes (on a website of 15 pages):

• Spelling corrections across the site
• New page, including text, images, links
• 2 new images added to the homepage
• Turnaround time: 48 hours
• Our price: £80/$150/€120

Example 2 - Refresh homepage and add contact form

• Create new homepage layout
• Add contact form
• Add a new, user friendly menu
• Turnaround time: 6 days
• Our price: £320/$600/€480

• Upon completion, you will be issued with an invoice for the full value of the work undertaken
• Payment terms are 30 days
• VAT at the standard rate (currently 17.5%) will be added to your invoice if you are based within the UK
• For new clients we will require pre-payment of your initial project
• Clients with a Maintenance Contract will be required to set-up a monthly Standing Order

• Cheque (made payable to 'Serious Web Support')
• Credit/Debit card via PayPal to paypal@seriouswebsupport.com
• Via your existing PayPal account to paypal@seriouswebsupport.com
