The service is very straightforward - you buy support 'credits' in one hour chunks.
Each time you make a support request we will let you know how many minutes it will take, and upon completion of each task, we will update your remaining credit total.
The cost for support credit is £80 per hour and credits last for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Your support credit can be used for any update or services related to your website. Existing clients use their credit for services such as:

- Adding new images
- Adding forms or new functionality
- Making their website more search engine friendly
- Telephone support and consultancy
